    Pocket FerryBox

The -4H- PocktFerryBox is designed for high-precision measurements of multiple water parameters and constituents. The compact and user-customized design in a portable case opens new perspectives of monitoring tasks. The possibilities range from stationary monitoring to position-controlled operation onboard small boats. The compact size and weight facilitates this mobile system to be easily carried to the measuring area. The system is designed for autonomous environmental monitoring and is operable with either a power supply unit or a battery.

  • CONTROS HydroC CH₄ FT

    CONTROS HydroC CH₄ FT

The CONTROS HydroC CH₄ FT is a professional flow-through methane partial pressure sensor. It is engineered for continuous flow measurement scenarios, including pumped stationary monitoring stations and ship-based underway observing systems such as FerryBox.
The instrument utilizes Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) to detect dissolved methane. Water flows through the sensor flow cell; dissolved methane penetrates the composite membrane and enters the internal gas detection chamber for precise analysis. Every unit undergoes independent water tank calibration to guarantee reliable short-term and long-term measurement accuracy.
Typical application fields cover global climate research, marine methane hydrate surveys, limnological observation, freshwater environmental regulation, aquaculture and fish farming water quality monitoring.
