    Float-Operated Water Level Gauge

FS-LDSW-001 Float-Operated Water Level Gauge is a digital sensor integrating mechanical and electrical technologies. It converts the angular displacement of the output shaft into digital signals, enabling high-precision measurement of water level and determination of absolute position. The device features a power-off memory function.

Its working principle is as follows: the measuring wheel of the water level sensor is mounted on the encoder input shaft. A steel wire rope connects the float at one end and a counterweight at the other, winding around the measuring wheel. When the water level changes, the float rises or falls accordingly, driving the wire rope and rotating the measuring wheel. The encoder then outputs real-time water level values.

The device is widely used for water level monitoring in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ship locks, hydropower stations, hydrological stations, water treatment plants, and petrochemical facilities, as well as for both surface water and groundwater level measurement.
