Short Description:

Frankstar Tide and Wave Gauge provides high-accuracy wave and tide measurements using RNSS-based velocity sensing and low-power onboard processing.

Continuous measurements and algorithm-based averaging enable precise tide level determination, while configurable wave acquisition supports the extraction of key wave parameters such as significant wave height, wave period, and wave direction. In addition, integrated positioning and timing functions enhance data reliability and synchronization.

Housed in a compact, marine-grade enclosure with RS232 communication and clamp mounting, the RNSS Wave Sensor is well suited for deployment on observation buoys, unmanned surface vessels, and other floating platforms, supporting long-term oceanographic monitoring, coastal engineering, and scientific research.
